Tintern Steam Railway project scrapped

Joe Nemeth's ambitious narrow gauge-style 121/4 in gauge line, planned for construction along part of the ex-GWR Wye Valley route at Tintern, has been abandoned. Joe had secured planning permission and acquired all the necessary stock and equipment, but it has proved impossible to finalise the lease for the site.
