Southern stations transfer to TfL

Ten stations in south London have been transferred from the Southern TOC to London Overground in preparation for the reopening of the East London Line in spring 2010.rnThe stations - New Cross Gate, Brockley, Honor Oak Park, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Crystal Palace, Penge West, Anerley, Norwood Junction and West Croydon - will come under TfL control and be rebranded.rnThey will also have their facilities brought up to TfL standards, includingrnlonger opening hours, provision of staff at all times during those hours, and Oystercard readers. More trains are planned too. Although management of the stations has changed, Southern services will still call at them.
