Welcome to our BR souvenir issue

This is the fifth in our special series of souvenir editions aimed at providing a collectable guide to the railways of Great Britain from 1923 to the present day. The first four in the series featured the GWR, LNER, LMS and SR and the next one will pick up from where this one leaves off and complete the BR story by taking us from 1972 to the onset of the Privatisation era in the mid-1990s.
