MARK Lancaster (North East Milton Keynes) asked the Transport Minister what assessment has been made of whether the level of service provided by London Midland on Sunday September 6 was in compliance with the terms of its franchise.rnTransport Minister Chris Mole said: "London Midland is required to report to the DfT their performance after the end of each railway reporting period. The current rail industry period ended on September 19. LM will then submit their performance reports to the Department for review. This will include data for Sunday September 6 and this will enable an assessment to be made of LM's performance."
