The Western Locomotive Association's Class 52 No. D1062 Western Courier will take part in a'Sounds of the 1960s' event on the Severn Valley Railway on May 20-22. This means the sounds of twin Maybachs can be heard alongside the work of such giants of pop music as the Beatles and Elvis Presley! The event features tribute bands, visiting steam locos, a Class 20,'Warship'No. D821 Greyhound and Class 50 No. 50044 Exeter, subject to completion of its overhaul at Cardiff Canton to main line operational status.
