Gbrf No. 66703 works train 6Z54 from Brodie Rail, Kilmarnock, to Yoker CS on September 1. The photo is taken at Long Leyes sidings in Kilmarnock, where the loco was running round prior to departing towards Barassie. The consist features TTA wagons (for brake force), Mk 1 translators, and refurbished Class 334 EMU 334027. The building on the skyline is the now-closed Johnnie Walker distillery which has formed a backdrop to railway pictures of Kilmarnock for decades.
