Survey of freight customers 'needs' commissioned by ORR

The orr has commissioned AECOM to undertake a survey of current and prospective rail freight customers over the next few months. The regulator says it is looking to understand the needs of rail freight customers and the extent to which the rail sector is currently meeting those needs.
