Four trades unions joined forces at the end of May to stage a week-long joint 'Action for Rail'campaign against what they fear will be major cuts to the passenger network.rnAslef, RMT, TSSA and Unite, plus the TUC, are protesting against Government plans to give train operators greater freedom over fare-setting and train schedules.
