Cowley Bridge flooded for a third time

Flooding wrecked signalling and trackwork at Cowley Bridge Junction, Exeter, for the third time in four weeks just before Christmas. The junction is next to the River Exe, with Cowley Bridge first flooded after heavy rains on November 21. Although the water subsided, further floods delayed re-opening efforts.
