Diminutive Peckett 0-4-0ST Teddy will be the guest locomotive at the Chasewater Railway's industrial gala on February 28-March 1. Gary Boyd-Hope's'Yorktown' class loco will be making its first visit to the Midlands since leaving the former Cadeby Light Railway in 2005. Teddy was a permanent exhibit on the Rev Teddy Boston's line for 23 years, but is now usually to be found hauling demonstration trains in the National Railway Museum's South Yard. A second visitor, the identity of which is yet to be confirmed, is being negotiated. The event also bids farewell to Chasewater's RSH outside-cylinder 0-6-0T Nechells No. 4 (7684/1951), before it is withdrawn for overhaul. The Staffordshire line is also planning a Coal Train Day on June 20.
