A MEETING of the Heritage Railway Association's awards committee on November 21, which includes several magazine editors, has produced a shortlist of nominations. The actual ballot papers will not be opened until the morning of the awards event, and the Peter Manisty award for excellence is subject to final ratification by the HRA board, with the winner being announced on the evening.
