Neue Rangiertechnik in der Zugbildungsanlage Maschen

Durch die Modernisierung der Zugbildungsanlagen (ZBA) Maschen Süd-Nord und Maschen Nord-Süd wurde der größte Rangierbahnhof der DB Netz AG wieder auf den neuesten technischen Stand gebracht. Kern der Modernisierung war die Erneuerung der gesamten Infrastruktur mit mehr als 120 km Gleisen für 33 Einfahr- und 88 Richtungsgleise. So wurden unter anderem neue Gleisbremsen eingebaut und das Fördersystem in den Richtungsgleisen komplett umgestellt. Neu sind hier wegen der besonderen Lage des ZBA Maschen auch das Rückenwind- und das Gegenwind-Verfahren. Zudem wurde das Verfahren des „optimierten Anrückens' eingeführt, um das Zerlegen der Züge am Ablaufberg zu beschleunigen.%A modernisation of the train formation facilities (ZBA) has restored the largest marshalling yard of DB Netz AG, Maschen south-north and Maschen north-south, to the latest technical state of the art.
