Dubai Drydocks - FPSO conversion specialist

Dubai Drydocks (DD), the largest single repair complex in the Middle East, located in Dubai, is the site of many floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) units under conversion. Recently DD has been fully occupied with converting a number of VLCCs into FPSOs and last year in June delivered the FPSO FPSO Cidade de Vitoria. This was the latest vessel to join the Saipem fleet and the first FPSO designed by the Saipem Group according to technical specifications received from Petrobras utilizing technology and equipment that are proven on similar installations.
