Planning, Designing and Constructing at Fort Belvoir

Development activity related to the legislatively-mandated Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 2005 program is well underway at Fort Belvoir, Va. Individually and collectively, the projects being designed and constructed at Fort Belvoir are among the largest in terms of cost and size associated with BRAC 2005. Now in its third year of execution, the multi-billion-dollar enterprise involves the realignment of approximately 19,300 military and civilian personnel to Fort Belvoir.
