SMALL BUSINESS CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS

Sessions at the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Small Business Conference for DOD Engineering, Construction and Environmental Programs (SBC) went beyond contract bids and organizational benchmarks for supporting small business. They also focused on sharing advice, ensuring cooperation and achieving synergy. The U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force have developed robust small business programs in recent years-and in FY2011, they each exceeded most of their small business goals.
