One of the many areas of work the European Cockpit Association (ECA) is focused on right now is what the EU are planning to do in removing wet-leasing restrictions. The EU Commission is set to negotiate an agreement with the US lifting the EU's time restrictions on wet-leasing for US carriers. We are concerned that this will harm Europe's aviation business and therefore our employment.
