As far as I am aware this is the first time a publication has been produced that covers outdoor lighting in such breadth and detail - and for that it is to be welcomed. The book has been produced by a team of authors with a wealth of experience, covering all aspects of the subject. Contributions from all areas of the industry, including equipment manufacturers, lighting installation designers and local authorities, are included. This gives the book appeal through its considerable authority.
