On the heels of recent purchases of LumiLEDs and Color Kinetics, Philips Electronics has acquired one of the world's best-known lighting controls companies, Dynalite, based in Sydney, Australia, which has an extensive dealer network in 40 countries. Financial details of this agreement were not disclosed.
