Project Rainbow and the subsequent design guide validates key information that was previously merely anecdotal. Designers now have a tool, which if utilised, will provide adequate colour contrast to enhance the potential use of public access buildings by all users including those who have low vision. Already building projects are being completed that have exploited the guidance report and the results are proving to be very exciting.
