The Climate Change Law seminar series continued in January with two programs.rnOn January 23,speakers at the Boston office of WilmerHale presented updates on federal and regional climate programs.Reid Harvey from EPA provided an overview of the agency'srnrecent developments and progress towards implementing the national inventory of greenhouse gas emissions called for in the 2007 budget bill.
