Free college places for unemployed

Areas which are of interest to those with engineering qualifications include: the green economy, the medical devices industry and information and communications technology (ICT). Other programmes include: entrepreneurship and business start-up; Lean 6 Sigma; project management; and international financial services. All courses are part-time and do not affect welfare payments. Course applicants must, at the time of the course start date, be receiving a welfare payment. While some courses have already begun, others are still open for applications.
