Sample Designer Drug Policy Letter

摘要

Purpose: To provide judge advocates and commanders with an example of a punitive command policy letter that thoroughly addresses the use, possession, distribution, and possession of designer drugs. Caveat: The policy letter in this appendix was drafted by staff members of the Headquarters, United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) and is only applicable to servicemembers assigned to USARPAC and its subordinate commands.
