One of the more intriguing category winners at the British Council of Offices (BCO) Awards, announced on 2 October, is an updated 18th-century flour mill in Hampshire.rnThe £2.5 million Lemsford Mill scheme, by Aldington Craig and Collinge, scooped the BCO's Best Small Project in the South of England Award.rnThe mill has been renovated to house the headquarters of Ramblers Holidays, and a state-of-the-art German water wheel, never used before in the UK, supplies all its electricity.
