CURTAIN UP ON STANTON WILLIAMS THEATRE

This is Stanton Williams' recently opened extension to Coventry's Grade ll-listed Belgrade Theatre. The £6.5 million competition-winning scheme houses a 'flexible' 300-seat auditorium, a rehearsal space, dressing rooms, a bar, a box office and a double-height glass foyer. Part of a larger overhaul of the theatre, which included the refurbishment of the existing white-roofed 1950s auditorium (pictured rear left).
