'The call for future architects ... is a possibility, however this is not the situation currently,' Vinoly said.rnAn outline planning application is expected to be submitted to Wandsworth Council in the summer. New architects are unlikely to be brought on-board before the end of the year.rnThe developer recently abandon the scheme's controversial 250m tower and adopted a low-rise design complete with domed roof.
