MP queries Vinoly for Battersea

Colchester MP Bob Russell, whose constituency includes Rafael Vinoly's arts centre, has rubbished the decision to retain him on the Battersea Power Station redevelopment. Russell has been a vocal critic of the Firstsite facility, which opened in September. In a letter to the Evening Standard, Russell questioned developer Almacantar's decision to ask Vinoly to help with its bid to build a stadium for Chelsea Football Club on the Battersea site.
