Newly formed Fletcher Crane Architects has beaten nearly 100 entrants to win the international contest to design a new landmark waterside building in Leeds.rnLed by ex-Scott Brownrigg associate Toby Fletcher (pictured left) and former PRP associate director Ian Crane {picturedrnright), the outfit saw off local practices Aedas, P+HS and Cartwright Pickard Architects, as well as Nottingham's Letts Wheeler Architects and Portuguese collective Project O to land the 36 The Calls design competition.
