UK team C9mes second in international finals

The finals of the seventh International Isover Multi-Comfort House competition have taken place in Prague, with 52 teams from 19 countries participating in the most hotly contested finals in the competition's history so far, with the UK team, Green Canyon coming second. The teams presented their designs and scale models of a tower to be located in the Greenwich South district of Lower Manhattan, New York to the expert panel of judges, which included Professor Marvin J. Malecha, dean of the college of design at North Carolina State University, Professor Jan Tywoniak, University CVUT - Prague and Jean-Baptise Rieunier, Saint-Gobain Isover Research, The building needed to encompass Isover Multi-Comfort House principles and Passive House performance levels to create a sustainable, multi-use building.
