Pozzoni has weathered the recession well, increasing its team of UK architects since last year while other similarly placed firms had to reduce their workforce, leading it to jump up 11 places in the AJ100 table. Pozzoni works across office, retail, education, healthcare and residential property sectors, with over 80 per cent of business coming from repeat clients. The Blessed Thomas Holford Sixth Form College in Altrincham was shortlisted for the 2012 RIBA awards.
