Not content with knitting capitals, Isabel Britch of Salford firm Architects Britch has moved on from the classical orders to focus her needles on the international style. Her latest creation is a knitted homage to the newly refurbished Arts Tower, home of Sheffield University's Architecture department {left). Not a dropped stitch in site. If Battersea Power Station needs a big idea then it's hard to think bigger than squeezing a 60,000-seat football stadium next to - or maybe into - the iconic and decaying Grade IF-listed structure.
