This mixed-use development comprising offices and retail space fronts Tottenham Court Road. Phases 1 and 2 of the office extension and refurbishment, scheduled to complete at the end of the 2013, involve transforming the ground floor on Stephen Street to create a new facade, new office-entrance approach and double-height office studios. Existing TV studios, dressing rooms and ancillary space in 1 Stephen Street will be converted to form five studio units, some with mezzanines.
