Relocation Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners is close to finding a new central London home as a replacement for its famous Thames Wharf HQ in Hammersmith. The firm is eyeing the Farmiloe Building - the Grade Ⅱ-listed home of Clerkenwell Design Week. The 1868 former glass and leadworks factory on London's St John Street is still owned by the Farmiloe family but has been used for film shoots (including Holywood blockbusters The Dark Knight, Sherlock Homes and Inception) and events over the past decade since the business moved its operations to Surrey. DTZ has been appointed leasing agent and was spotted showing representatives from RSH+P around the building during Clerkenwell Design Week, prompting renewed speculation over the architect's plans. It is understood a deal has yet to be finalised.
