Kingston University framework

Brief Kingston University is seeking architects and design teams for a new construction consultancy framework. Up to four architects and four design teams will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, ranging in value from £50,000 to £10 million, planned as part of the south-west London university's £260 million estate renewal initiative. The search for design teams comes shortly after Grafton Architects completed its Town House complex (pictured) for the university and Haworth Tompkins carried out a major upgrade of Kingston School of Art's 1970s Mill Street Building. The framework will run for four years to 2024 and may be extended a further 12 months.
