Reducing resource barriers towards effective industry management

Here an attempt is being made to explain the principles and objectives of management which are to be implemented effectively in the textile industry. In principle, the management must be concerned with human needs, whether in the supply of goods and services. To state the principle, there must be planning in relation to purchasing, production, marketing, sales and personnel. There must also be some control to ensure that the objectives are being effectively pursued. Co-ordination of administration, optimisation of results and motivation to ensure that all those engaged in an organisation are interested in the success of the enterprise are just unavoidable.
