Textile India Progress takes pleasure in profiling the International Conference on "Global Textile Opportunities - Vision India" held in Mumbai on 16th & 17th January, 2009. Dr J.N. Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India was the Chief Guest at this Conference. Mr Raju Chandran of Textile India Progress was personally present on the first day of the Conference, with a view to comprehensively covering the proceedings. The Conference was organized by The Textile Association (India), Mumbai Unit and was attended by nearly 300 important persons from the Indian textile industry.
