Second stimulus

The Finance Ministry has instructed the central bank to release funds from the second stimulus package. Accordingly, garment exporters will get 5% cash incentive on their shipments to new markets, which is all except the United States, the European Union and Canada.rnSmall exporters, each with less than $3.5 million worth of annual shipments, will get similar incentive if they can raise exports above the past year's level.
