KEEPING TRACK OF OFFICE CIRCULARS-THE BBS SOLUTION

The office circularsotifications form basic reference documents and are very useful in decision making in regular day to day working in an office. Their mind boggling number with day to day additions makes it very difficult to keep track. The author in this article proposes a Bulletin Board Service (BBS) solution to this problem of keeping track of office circulars, analyzing it's advantages and suitability for Department of Telecommunications.
