Under the guidance of the chief development officer, the Port Authority's Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for providing agency-wide leadership for the planning, development and successful implementation of projects in accordance with industry best practices as well as the development and oversight of the agency's Capital Plan and annual capital budget. With more than 600 projects and 250 construction contracts active at any given time, this is no simple feat, but it's made easier through a robust planning process and equally thorough tracking system.
