EVALUATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES

摘要

The efficiency of a training programme is judged through it's evaluation process. It can be conducted by the training faculty or a designated group. All sub-areas that constitute a training programme are evaluated in class room evaluation. The worth of a training in the work field is determined by post training evaluation. The evaluation data is used to modify various aspects of a training programme.
