DYNAMICS OF TELECOM: TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT

This article analyses the forces, factors and agents of change involved in Technology Management in general and the modern digital telecom technology management in particular. Emergence of modern telecom technologies such as modern GSM, wideband CDMA coupled with 3G & 4G technologies are calling for scientific organizational solutions to the problems of Humanware. In order to have unbridled telecom technology management programs without passive or open resistance, it is essential to undertake telecom technology management program coupled with the development of humanware simultaneously. Humanware development problems should always go hand in hand with the programs of technology upgradation vis-a-vis technoware advancement keeping in view the inherent laws of technology development and human development simultaneously. This article concludes with problems of modern telecom. Technology Management could be best resolved by adopting scientific Organizational Behavior methods and techniques in time.
