The FCC is proposing to modify its part 95 rules governing personal radio services to simplify, streamline, and update them. Comments on a notice of proposed rulemaking released June 7 are due 30 days after Federal Register publication and replies are due 15 days after that in Wireless Telecommunications dockets 10-119 and 98-182.
