This concludes my presentation. In my opinion, despite the fact that the telecom industry has been seeing flat or inconsistent growth in recent years, it is still possible for a telco to seek better or sustainable growth through building the right business mix across the national borders. There is, however, no 'one-size-fits-all' strategy. Each company's strategy has to be tailor-made through finding its own niche compatible to its business purpose and objectives and based on the company's unique strengths. Market conditions and dynamics are constantly changing. Indeed, change is the only certainty. No single strategy will stay effective over a long period of time. Hence, the onus is always on us to review our strategy relentlessly and ensure its relevance to meet our customers' needs and to continue to enhance value for our shareholders.
