Tiscali to add TV, mobile, but cut footprint

Tiscali has revealed plans to add IPTV and mobile to its service offering in the UK and Italy, following analyst suggestions that the pan-European ISP's stand-alone broadband strategy had become unsustainable in a number of its major markets (TM, 8 Aug, 2006). Tiscali has confirmed, however, that it is looking to exit Germany.
