NARUC WANTS TIME TO ANALYZE INDUSTRY INTERCARRIER COMPENSATION PLAN

State regulators must ensure telecom services and facilities 揳re universally provided at rates that are just and reasonable,?NARUC said: 揟his proposal, insofar as it could directly affect end-user rate structures/fees accessed for basic service, and has some preemptive elements, clearly impacts on that obligation.
