Outsourcing labor can cut mobile carrier operating costs 20- 25%, Pyramid Research said. Pyramid predicted carriers soon will be adopting widespread outsourcing partnerships, with outsourcing firms?annual revenue exceeding $55 billion by 2010. That represents only about 1% annual growth, but the growth rate soars when accounting for intense slumping in network design and buildout, bumping all other outsourcing revenue growth to about 8% per year, Pyramid said.
