Approval of net neutrality rules at the FCC's meeting isn't a done deal, commission officials nacknowledged. There remains a "distinct possibility" that the order could "blow up," an official nsaid. Republican Commissioners Robert McDowell and Meredith Baker have made it clear nthat they plan to vote against the rules. That means Chairman Julius Genachowski needs the nsupport of Democrats Michael Copps and Mignon Clyburn for his proposal. But both have nmajor concerns with the proposed order, especially its handling of wireless.
