Public interest groups are turning up the heat on the FCC to strengthen net neutrality rules on nwireless and other points when it votes Tuesday. The main question, commission and nindustry officials said, is whether Democratic Commissioners Michael Copps and Mignon nClyburn will prevail on Chairman Julius Genachowski to make the rules tougher, though ndoing that could blow up industry support. His proposal would impose disclosure nrequirements but not most of the other rules on wireless, with a promise to review the nprovisions in two years, FCC officials said.
