Senate Republicans resumed an effort to overturn the FCC’s net neutrality order. The rules, njust published in the Federal Register, will take effect Nov. 20 unless stopped by a disapproval nresolution in Congress. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, said she “will push for a Senate nvote this fall" on disapproval.
