You won't be able to distinguish between the various versions of the Blackberry Pearl by looks, but they offer different functionality. Take the new 8810. Comparing it to the 8120, it looks identical, and offers the same excellent Blackberry service, the same crisp and bright screen and the SureType keyboard (with two letters to each key). But the 'extra feature' in the 8120 is WiFi, while this one does away with WiFi and adds built in GPS. The device is probably too small to fitrnin both! Strangely, there are no built in maps; you have to buy them separately.
