Lightweight Tools and Dashboards for Program Management in Libraries

摘要

This article explores lightweight tools and web-based dashboards to facilitate the management of programs in libraries. Building on the previous article in this series which explored an approach to assessing projects and business functions, this article considers how such an evaluation can be applied in a program management setting. A program management case study is explored in context of guiding principles for program management and a specific set of tools designed to support the program. The article concludes with a consideration of a production-focused tracking prototype tool.
